Blind Flanges offered by us are used to blank off the ends of piping, valves and pressure vessel opening. From the standpoint of internal pressure and bolt loading, blind flanges, particularly in the larger sizes, are the most highly stressed of all flange types. These can also be used as an inspection cover. It is sometimes referred to as a blanking flange. Available in various standard specifications, these can also be customized as per the clients’ requirement.

Our range of Welded Neck Flanges is known for its features such as corrosion resistance, and application specific design. These flanges are circumferentially welded into the system at its neck which means that the integrity of the butt welded area can be easily examined by radiography. The bores of both pipe and flange match, which reduces turbulence and erosion inside the pipeline. The weld neck is therefore favored in critical applications. The threaded flange is basically a type slip-on flange, but the difference is that the bore is threaded. Manufactured using high grade Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel, it can be fitted to the pipe without welding. It is use in low-pressure services at ambient temperatures, and in highly explosive areas where welding creates a hazard. This flange is referred to as either threaded or screwed. It is used to connect other threaded components in low pressure, non-critical applications.
